78350-R1 Charge / Discharge problem with KEY_IN function (damaged DSG mosfets)

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ78350

We are using the BQ78350 - BQ7694001 combination in our new BMS with a 10 cell application for our e-bikes.  I have a problem during charge.  The KEY-IN function is used to swich off / on our e-bike. If we shutdown the bike using KEYIN the DSG mosfet is inactive and the bike's system is off.  perfect.

But when we are charging our battery and the DSG mosfet(s) are stil inactive this mosfet(s) become hot and in time they will blowup because current flows true the reverse diode(s) of the DSG mosfets.  I think that normally both DSG and CHG mosfets must be open. But when we put on the bike both DSG and CHG during charging the bike can drive because it is powered true the battery charger. How can i trigger this problem. Is there a status bit for charging that could been read out by the sm-bus . Is there another solution that i have overlooked in documentation.
