Hi,

Could you tell me about TPS54334 application note Page2 information (1) ?
Customers have a evaluation of thermal characteristic and out put current by using the EVM.

I got two questions.
1)Please tell me the intent of this notice.


2)Please tell me the Vin and Vout of the conditions that can be output to 3A on EVM.

Could you give me your advice?

    For the question 1, Because of the high side Rdson at low vin, the voltage drop of high side will limit the maximum vout. So here, the note means if the VIN =4.2V, Vout=3.3V, the maximum output current should be less than 2A.

    For the question 2, you can refer the datasheet EC table data at the end of page 6.
