Hi
Does this device has SCP(Short Circuit Protection)?
How does this device operate if it does? (fold back? or hiccup?)

The LM5022 has cycle by cycle current limit only. There is no hiccup protection.
The current acts by limiting the duty cycle to Dmin due to the ilimit level being exceeded. The result is the output voltage will droop in an overload condition.
