Hello,

Can anyone clarify the difference between the Vrech and Vrechg in the BQ24616 charger IC ??

And i could not find anything related to Vrech on the data sheet ?

To terminate the charging what is the condition for battery voltage similar to charge current ( i,e to be lower than the termination current.) ??

    Hi Rajesh,

    Vrech and Vrechg are the same term, meaning the threshold where the battery will recharge after charging has been terminated, which is at page 7 of datasheet under recharge comparator.

    Termination occurs when VBAT>Vrech and the charge current goes below termination current determined by equation 5 on page 17 of datasheet.
