According to the BQ2031 Data sheet removing RT1 and RT2 and replacing them with a 100K resistor should disable the temperature monitoring feature. So I removed R2 and R3 on the DV2031S2 board and replaced them with a 100k resistor. When a battery is connected to the charger, the D5 LED flashes and the charger tests the battery for approximately 30 seconds then shuts down. LED D5 stays on like the battery is in bulk charging mode, however it is only drawing 1mA @ 24VDC from the power supply. Am I missing something else?
