    Hi Rajesh,

    This is the time that it takes for termination to be detected. After VBAT>VRECH and ICHG<ITERM is true, it will then qualify for 250ms to see if termination should be triggered. For this 250ms, it will apply 2mA of discharge current to verify that battery voltage is truly above VRECH.
