Hi,
I am using bq78350 on a 6S pack of LiHV (max charge is 4.35V per cell).
I would like to set the chem Id, what are the steps to find the correct chem Id?
I did see an online tool for impedance based gauges...
Thanks,
Yoav Gross

Hi Yoav,
To set the Chem ID, click on the "Chemistry" button in bqStudio. Select the Chem ID that corresponds to the manufacturer and model of the battery that you are using. Once selected, click the "Update Chemistry from Database" button. If you do not see a corresponding Chem ID in the table on the "Chemistry" page, you will need to do a Relax-Discharge-Relax cycle to determine the best Chem ID fit as outlined here: www.ti.com/.../slva725.pdf

Thank you Samuel for your answer, I will post a relax cycle test to the GPC online tool.
