Issue of Programming Chemistry ID

Hi,

Since my battery pack(Panasonic LC-R127R2)  is not listed in the database, so

according to the SLVA725.pdf(Simple Guide to Chemical ID Selection Tool_GPC), I've already collect the submitted the data. And I successfully received the “Gauging Parameter Calculator Report” just within 5 mins after submitting. (I attached it in the email)

However, I always fail to program the new chemistry ID to my EVM via GUI, does anyone know what's wrong with it?

    Hi Bob,

    After you received the report from the GPC containing the best match Chem ID, what were the steps that you took? Did you select the Chem ID it recommends from the table and then click the "Update Chemistry from Database" button?
