TPS25942A - About constant current of DMODE pin

Hi Team,

We would like to know the constant current source.

I understand that this spec is “DMODE input leakage current”.

Is my understanding correct?

If no, could you please let us know the maximum value of this current including variability of " temperature " and " process "?

Hi Kanemaru-san,

DMODE pin is pulled to ground thorough an active 1uA current source. Range is specified in the datasheet as "DMODE input leakage current". This helps to pull DMODE pin to ground when it is floating.
