I have been waiting for an answer to my troubles with initializing an LP8860-Q1 for awhile.  I am not pleased with this forum idea because answers are NOT timely and often come from people who are not qualified.  Shame on you TI !

    I guess it depends on which chip you are dealing with? Clinton Jenson has been very helpful and responsive answering my LM3409 questions, despite me being a frustrating beginner at electronics.


    I wonder if there is a phone number for similar support? It is kind of hard to show scope screenshots and schematics on a phone, so I do get that. That's why a forum is great. It's the reason I chose TI. Try getting support from some other companies... sometimes it's impossible.
