How opto coupler-op amp current control section works in TPS92210 . can anyone explain in detail with wave forms or calculations? please look at PMP6003 reference design for detailed schematic.

The description in "Using the TPS92210-PMP6003" pages 7 to 10 gives a pretty good description on the secondary side circuit. If you need to know how certain parts of this work in more detail I can try and break it down more. Page 7 shows just the current feedback portion. If you set Vcommand to 5 volts and ignore the dimming portions you can see how a non-dimming current feedback works. The reference to U5 is 0.140 volts, U5 is an integrator and will try to regulate the (-) input to 0.140 volts via controlling how much current is going through U2 which feeds the TPS92210 OTM pin.
