LM25088MH-2 Inverting Switching Supply EP Connection - Ground or Negative Supply?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM25088

I am planning to use the LM25088MH-2 to convert +12V to -12V at around 3A peak. I am following a WeBench suggested design (schematic below). In this design, the GND pin on the LM25088 is connected to the -12V net, and the SW pin is connected to the board ground.

The LM25088 datasheet says to connect the thermal pad on the bottom of the package (EP) to ground.

For my design, should I connect the EP thermal pad to my board ground (0V) or the negative supply created by the LM25088 (-12V)?
