Dear,

We are using UCC28740 in our AC-to-DC module, the design is base on one of TI reference design, please review attachment for more detail.

I would like to know that if the UCC28740 is certified by Underwriters Laboratories (UL) as apart of power supply safety standards.

    Hi Hoang,

    In general the power supply controller does not require UL approvals as the controller does not cross the isolation barrier like the transformer or opto-coupler.

    Is the customer looking for UL information relating to the device?
