Need DC/DC from 24V to 12V/20A.

The webanchcant used TPS40170 as cant find subtitle  FET.

Is LM25119 is the only solution?

    Webench is certainly not the be all and end all of tools. I have seen several cases were it could not find suitable FETs. I would recommend you search the PWR MGT Solutions design database to see is there is already a reference design for this. Also, can you post a similar thread in the webench forum and ask them to update the FET selection?
