Battery profile report

Hello all

I need some help in BQ studio. we are trying to create a profile for our NIMH battery and upload that to the BQ34Z100-G1 chip through BQ studio. 

we uploaded the battery log files to TI as specified in the GPC tool instructions and we have received the battery report. Now the problem is we cannot figure out how to update the chemical ID in BQ studio using the report they sent us?

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi Mohanad,

    It is possible to update the Chemistry ID of the bq34z100. In bqStudio click on the "Chemistry" tab to open the Chemistry Programming page. Then select the Chem ID that you would like to use and click the "Update Chemistry from Database" button.

    Thats correct but the report we got from TI has the battery chemistry ID information ( which is custom to our specific battery ) now we need to upload that to the chip through BQ studio. we do not want to use the database to find a chemical ID. Instead we want to upload our own chemical ID ??
