We are using the TPS54332 in a USB Type-C design where it receives power from VBUS (ranging from 4.5V to 21V) and bucks down to 3.3V. This 3.3V supply then goes to a 5V boost converter (TPS2500). During start up the TPS54332 seems to start up properly followed by the 5V boost converter. After 100ms the TPS54332 output loses regulation and it seems the high side switch turns on briefly when the boost converter is turning off the low side.
