bq78350 - Cannot write in data flash

Hi.

After some changes in Fuel Gauging part of data flash , i connect my bq76940 (15cell)to power supply to charge battery cells.

charging was going well , but after passing 58v (pack voltage) both Charge and Discharge fets Disabled . after that i found that i have not write permission to writing data in data flash(something which i had before),

i can read all parameters from data flash but cannot write in it.

i also can read SBS commands and MAC commands.

what can be the cause of this problem??

it seems the BQ78350 is in Permanent Failure mode , if so , whats the suggestion to get it out of this mode ??

to get bq78350 out of Permanent Fail mode i used 0x0029 command.

The PF can be reset using the PF Reset command. You can then use the 0x0024 command to disable PFs until you have finished development.
