Hello,
Has anyone experienced issue with the gas gage BQ2060A after the component and board were being potted?
I used potting material Hysol e-60 (10Mohm insulation resistance).
I have several boards being defective (no more led status displayed) after the potting was done (cured at room temperature for 24H).
I am wondering if the potting material would interference with the BQ2060A high impedance input up to the point of damaging the component.
