LM25011 burns after 2-3 minutes (and it works fine during those 3 muinutes)

Hi everyone

I have some trouble with this component. I use it for 5 years and never had problem with it.

Since few weeks, The component burns after 2-3 minutes of working. I only mount the regulator on the board (and the components around it of course).

It is the same PCB, same schématics . The self is a 22uH, 10uF for Cout. I have 12v IN and 3v3 OUT. Rsense 82mOhm, but I only need 200mA when the board is completely soldered. I had no problem with the 10 first new pcb, and now I can't have a working regultation... Does anyone have an idea about what happen on my board ?

A problem when I soldered the component ?

I forgot... The output voltage start to increase slowly before burning. After that, the output voltage can be under 3v3 and over 3v3 (5v for example)

Hello Sullivan,

Regret the slight delay in answering your question.
Have you re-checked the board soldering? Also, did you the change the inductor/capacitor in these boards?Moreover, please make sure that your inductor saturation current ratings are more than the peak current limit of the part.
