Has there been any thermal cycling testing intended to check for solder joint fatigue performed on that component?
Otherwise, are the coefficient of thermal expansion and the modulus of elasticity available for that component? Or perhaps, is there somewhere I can find more information on the materials/structure of the component to try to approximate some values?
