SOC value not getting redeem after POR

Hi,

We are using bq34z100-g1 in our application to determine SOC of a single cell 12V 7Ah  PbA battery and also calibrated all the corresponding parameters as per need.Whenever the load is  connected, SOC value and voltage are being reduced suppose say SOC to 80 but we observe that SOC value is again starting from 100 after power on reset of whole setup with same and load condition.So, can I please know the reason for this and solution to redeem the value every time.

    The gauge runs an FCC simulation when the cells are attached or if the device is reset. The simulation uses the OCV to estimate the remaining capacity in the pack. The problem is that PbA voltages rest to a very high value after discharge and the gauge cannot predict an accurate capacity. The pack will need to be charged to charge termination to allow the gauge to establish an accurate reference point.
