HI,

I read the volt from bq27541 with the HDQ. It works fine in most cases.but some of bq27541 work after a period of time(some days or some moons) is not normal.

the HDQ interface does not have any response until re-power the bq27541 . I use the v200 fireware, is this the firmware bug or other reasons?

Hi Jone ,
the latest released version is the g1 firmware and not the v200.
When you say there is no response from the gauge, what voltage does the reg25 pin measure? This will tell us if the device is in shutdown mode or not.

dose the v200 firmware have this bug? when the gauge no response the voltage of the reg25 pin is 2.5V , it 's normal.

Hi Jone,
I am not aware of such a bug on the v200, but we always encourage customers to use the latest version of the firmware for each device as it usually contains several updates and bug fixes. the list of bug fixes b/w v200 and g1 is contained in the link below:

yes, the latest version is the best choose. But we already have a lot of batteries in the hands of customers. so the most important thing is to identify the cause of the problem. Do you have good suggestions?
