LDO - LP38693 ESR output capacitor

Hi, 

I read many post about the Capacitor choice for an LDO regulator but I have still some doubts. Usually, the ESR is gived for 100kHz for ceramic capacitor. In the LP38693 datasheet, it is recommanded to use a 1uF (X7R or X5R) with 5mOms to 500mOhms.

1- Are these values for 100kHz ?

2- It seams that ESR of the output capacitance at lower frequency (<100kHz) are not important because of its bandwidth regulation. Is that true ? 

3- I selected this capacitor :   GRM188R61C105KA93D-Murata . At 5V, the capacitor value is only 700nF. Is the recommanded value 1uF in the datasheet included the derating of the dc bias voltage ?
