UCC27524A does not work in my design, why?

Below is my UCC27524A circuit where the TX1 and TX2 are PE-63385N which is pulse transformer. My question is

when both PWM1H and PWM1L are "H" (12V DC), the OUTA and OUTB does not become "H".

for debugding, we remove R1, R2, TX1 and TX2, both PWM1H and PWM1L are set to be "H" (12V DC), but

the OUTA and OUTB does not become "H".

Any suggestion?

Hi Wen-Gou Lin.

I think you have disable your chanels. In the documentation, page 3, pin functions, name ENA for example -> "Enable input for Channel A: ENA is biased LOW to disable the Channel A output".

Hi Flavien,

thanks for your answer. I don't think I have disable my chanels. Refer to my circuit, both pin1 and pin8 of ENA(pin1 or pin) are connected to
pin6 of VDD, whcih is connected to 12V. According to this, both pin1 and pin8 of ENA are high so that the Channel A/B output should be enable. Am I right?

Ho yes, excuse me, I haven't saw the connection with the pin 6. I have never use this chip, so i need more time. sorry
