I have used LM5010 Regulator for my design. my desired out 12V and Vin is 60V Max and 500mA Typical load including all circuit. I tested power section alone and got 12V output with Vin 25V. if the load current exceed the 150mA the Out suddenly went 7V.

Just curiou if this is a new issue? If I am not wrong you had a similar question regarding a 5V application with LM5010 a few weeks ago?
Do you see this problem in your EVM or is a simulation issue?
Also, Please share the SW node, VOUT and the inductor current snapshots. That will really help.
Moreover, if you can share the layout snapshot of the power section, that would be great.
