Common anode 2A LED Driver

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM3414

Hi

Could you please help with a recommendation for an LED driver similar to the LM3414 which can handle up to 2 Amps using the common anode system with no R sense and all the other LM3414 features?

Thank you in advance for your support.

Kind regards,

Bogdan

  • The LM3414 is the highest current common anode IC we have. There are other buck regulators that can do 2A but not in a common anode configuration. There are a couple that can do common cathode if that is helpful. In any case, if you really need common anode you can parallel two LM3414s to get up to 2A. You just need to use a bit more input/output capacitance.
