  Could you tell us the concern if the bootstarp capacitor is made too small or large?

    Generally speaking, these converters are designed for a specific value of BOOT capacitor. We do not do any characterization for a range of values. Smaller BOOT capacitor will charge quicker but also discharge faster. Larger BOOT capacitor will charge slower but also discharge slower. I recommend that you use the standard value for the BOOT capacitor provided in the datasheet as other values have not been tested or evaluated.
