5962-8671101XA = LM113QML (1.220V Typical) Reference Diode , in the 2-pin NDU package

Looks like the entire LM113/LM313 family is marked 'Obsolete'.

Using the TI Parametric Search, tool the closest fit appears to be : LM185-1.2QML, with a Typical of 1.234V.
