LM3414 EVM Output Current Adjust

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM3414

Hey there,

I recently purchased the LM3414 evaluation board and I am looking to reduce the output current it supplies to my LED. It is currently at 1A and I am aiming for about 600mA. I see the chart for different RIADJ values on page 3 of the eval board datasheet, and I know that the current RIADJ is 3.09 kO, but I had a question about the RIADJ_1 solder pads. Are these solder pads in series with RIADJ? I am looking at the attached photo and it looks promising. If I enabled JP1 by putting a wire across those solder pads, would RIADJ_1 and RIADJ be in series?

If you could confirm if I am on the right track, that would be fantastic. Thank you!
