Hi,
We have in production a product that uses 2 TPS63000 on it.
One is used to build 3.3V from Li-ion Battery, the other one is use to build 5V from the same battery.
We recently receive several defective units from our customers.
All the defective units have a defective TPS63000 in charge of the 5V regulation.
None where having issue with 3.3V regulation.
The 5V peak current is next to 400 mA, but the average is around 250 mA.
Probing the board we found that the inductance between L1 and L2 pins of the TPS63000 is shorted to ground by the TPS63000, ohmmeter shows various values from board to board but all lower than 500 ohms.
Can you provide assistance to find a fix to this?
