I just finished with calibrating my battery and updated the BQ34Z100-G1 registers with the returned gg.cvs using battery manager studio. I then saved a golden file copy to my computer and use battery manager to program the file back into the BQ34Z100-G1. Immediately after I lost communication with my part and it appears to be unresponsive.

Did you edit the gg.csv file with a text editor? If you edit it with excel, then it will be corrupted. Send the file to me and I can check it.

I did not edit the gg.cvs file in excel but feel free to take a look.

All I did was first import the gg.cvs file. I then did a write all. I then did a read all. Once I saw that the registers looked right I created a golden image file. I then used that same golden image file and reprogrammed it back into the device. After I did that I can no longer get an ack on the I2C on any addressg from the device.

I have attached the golden image and the gg.cvs
