As title, what is the max driver current from dsg pin if there is a strong source external to REGSRC.

    The pull up resistance when on is 5k typical, if you short the output low with sufficient REGSRC voltage you should see about 2.4 mA, but this is not a datasheet parameter and there will be variation part to part.
