Hi,

Can we provide the MAX Vds (Drain-Source voltage) rating for High-side MOSFET VDS’’ and ‘’Low-side MOSFET" of VR2 within our chip?

Abs max and mins are specified in the datasheet are the violating them in anyway?

Hi Michael,

VINVR2 is in the range of [-0.3V 3.6V], and SWVR2 is in the range of [-1V 4V]. Does that mean the MAX Vds (Drain-Source voltage)is 4.6V for High-side MOSFET VDS’’ and 4V for ‘’Low-side MOSFET".

Yeah, those can be the limitations with accordance to the VIN and SW abs max numbers.
