Short circuit protection

Hi

I got a problem that I test short circuit protection and catch waveform, the DSG pin of bq20z45r1 has spike.

Can someone tell me how to resolve?

Firmware version is v105

 CH1=Pack Voltage

CH2=DSG Pin

CH3=Current
