bq24773 ILIM Connection clarification

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ24773

BQ24773 data sheet shows ILIM must be connected to a voltage divider referenced to a supply rail, but it does not define 'supply rail'. There are 5 in our application,

1) Adapter Supply Voltage

2) Battery Voltage

3) Vsys

4) Regulated +5V, downstream fed by Vsys

5) Vregn [pin 24]

I am assuming we must use a regulated source since we want a fixed voltage reference for ILIM, but can I use Vregn as the supply rail? I do not want any downstream regulated sources as these will be off when the device is in low power mode.

Please clarify.

Thanks
