I was wondering if the schematic design files for the reference design TIDA-00449 are available for download.

Much appreciated if someone can send me the link to download such files for Cadence Allegro Design Entry CIS.

Yes, follow the link in your question above. Scroll down the page to the "Design files" section and download files as desired. Files are in Altium format and you will need to import to your tool.

Schematic files are in the "TIDA-00449 CAD Files" download, www.ti.com/.../tidrhu1 with the extension .SchDoc. Again they are Altium format.
The pdfs are in the "TIDA-00449 Schematic and Block Diagram" download.
