LM2755 configuration

You will need to set some register values over I2C. Let me refer you to an application report: www.ti.com/.../snva317a.pdf. There is a decent development flow description starting in section 6. The values you will most likely care about are Time Step, T_high and T_low. You can find the register addresses for these starting on page 11 of the datasheet: www.ti.com/.../lm2755.pdf

i want led blinking so i have to set only general purpose register right??or any other extra register i need to set?

You will need to set the General Purpose (0x10), Time Step (0x20) as well as registers controlling T_high and T_low for the LED you want to blink.
For example, if you want to blink D1, you will want to set values for General Purpose, Time Step, as well as D1 Time High (0xA3) and D1 Time Low (0xA2) to control the frequency at which the LED will blink. Page 13 of the datasheet provides the equations you will need for your timing values.
