Hi, i'm actually working on a design which uses the TPS28225 to drive two NMOS.

I have ordered  severals tps28225  IC  and i used them just for few hours.

They stop for no reason , Im looking for some answers or methods to  help me protect the circuit. Besides that i did not fully understand how the driver produces the 8V on the Ugate. Here the circuit design i used.

    Hello Abdul,

    I am sorry what do you mean by TPS28225 stops, the part has input and has no output? or the part is dead?

    Did you check the Vin voltage? it is still 5V of it drops if you are using a battery. The part has a recommended operating VDD range from 4.5V~8V. If the battery VIN drops below 3V, the part UVLO will shut the output off. Please refer to table 1 (truth table) in the datasheet.
