TPS73801 Thermal Limiting?

Does anyone know what Tj TPS73801 goes into thermal shutdown? There's nothing mentioned in the datasheet.

I need an adjustable LDO with the following requirements: 

Vin = 7.4V, Vout = 5.9V. 

Output current is <100mA

Need Enable pin feature

Will operate in an oven at 150C so thermal shutdown ~165C should be fine.

 Let me know if anyone knows of a part that will fit the application.
