Currently I have simulated the AC/DC for LM5023. My required specs as below.

Vac: 110V ~ 265V

Vout: 18V@0.9A

Non-isolated.

I need an overall BOM cost of < USD 5.00, but in the BOM list the 2 Mosfets is overpriced. Can anyone advise any other simpler solution with lesser cost?18V@0.9A Output.pdf

Both MosFETs are required, but both look oversized.

For the main power switch M2, something like the IPD65R950C6ATMA1 might be more appropriate at this power level, depending on design specifics.

For M1, the EVM uses the BSP135L6433 which has been replaced by the BSP135H6433 and I would start with that or if you can find a cheaper part with similar headline specs (Vds and Vgs).

For M1 this part will be good IPD60R380C6 I supposed.
