I need a more detailed block diagram of the internal structure of the BQ78PL116 than the one showing on page 2 of the SLUSAB8B document.

Can someone help me with this?

That is the only block diagram that I have for the device. If you have a question about a specific section, then I can try to help with that. This device has been NRND for several years and support is limited.

Tom,
I was wondering how PSH/BP/TP (pin 31) is connected inside the BQ when the BQ Display type is in LED mode. Is this pin connected inside with a pull up resistor to VLDO1?

The pin should be pulled up to VLDO1 internally, but I do not have any documentation as to what type of structure is used. I will have to check it on the bench.
