3.3v to 12v buffer Design

I am currently designing a 3.3v->12v buffer for an ARM mcu. I am looking for a gate driver IC that can drive two mosfets in a bridge configuration synchronously. I need to be able to leave the bridge either continuously in drain or in source mode. and I want to power the driver from a 24v rail.

My current idea is to use a synchronous dual low side driver and supply it with 24v.

Let me know you know of a chip that fits my description or have any other ideas to implement this.

thanks!
