Hello, I want to design a industrial smps for 480VAC input with half bridge topology. please suggest pwm controller ic above 600v.

SMPS output : 24V,360W

For the PWM controller, I suggest:

1. UCC25600, it is LLC controller, UCC25600 does not have driver, it can be used in the application of above 600V. You should select the driver above 600V.

2. UCC28950, it is PSFB controller, UCC28950 does not have driver, it can be used in the application of above 600V. You should select the driver above 600V

Thank you Yunsheng, please suggest part no for gate driver ic or transformer which can drive upto 20A,950V mosfet and suitable for UCC25600.

UCC25600 is not suitable for my design because it need PFC stage. I want to design smps without pfc and wide input range 250VDC to 800VDC.
or suggest pfc stage controller with wide input range 180VAC to 500VAC so i can start my design with pfc stage.

Is there any reference design for SMPS with following specs.

Wide I/P voltage : 180Vac To 600Vac
Op Voltage : 24VDC
Op power : > 300W

You can refer to below reference design, which is similar with your requirement. The UCC28180 is a PFC controller, which can handle 180Vac to 600Vac.
