Do you have any spreadsheet tool for TPS 65251 converter or any reference schematic with formulas for calculation of discretes

The spreasheet is only for internal use. There is no offical version.

Please send the schematic to me for check.

Furthermore, please use TPS65261 instead of TPS65251 in new project. TPS65261 is the next GEN of TPS65251.

hi,
Do you have TPS65261 with external current limit control
In your website only TPS65261-1 and TPS65261 are the two parts listed is there any part with external current limit control available ?both parts listed doesn't have external current limit control.
If available please provide the part detail is that compatible with footprint of tps65251 part with external current limit control ?
Do you have any other 4 o/p switchers with 1A-2A current o/p capable on each rails ?

Thanks for the reply
currently we have designed with tps65251 and TPS562200 for the 4 voltages we need for our board 1.8,3.3,3.7,5v ---first implementation
TPS65400 part with 4 o/p implementation seems not to be a cost effective solution compared to the first implementation
so we are looking forward in the same series TPS65261 with external current limit control if it is available please provide the part detail else we would like to stick with the same part

It is a pity that tripple bucks family TPS65261/62/63/66, all of them there are no external current limit control in my product line.

so I think we will stick with TPS65251 ;TPS65400 this part is ok but since it is having PM bus integrated it is having higher cost ;
I would also like to know is there any 4-switcher series?( which has current limiting for all the o/p as well as price less than 2.6$|1k max with out PM bus ;current for each o/p can be with in 1-2A .since it seems like only one variant in TPS65400 is available

Just a general comment. Typically external current limit setting is a feature for controller that may have user selected switching FETs. For integrated switching FETs, the current limit is typically fixed internally as well. I'm sure there are some exceptions though.

Agxin, no suitable devices from my PL. You can change the topic and ask if there are 4-switcher from other PLs.
