Hi Ti Team,

Please let me know how can I resolve the issue with I2C communication error.

Below is the GUI picture when I connected the board. Earlier I have used couple times the same tool and I accessed the data via I2C Communication.

Please suggest to solve this issue as quick as possible. (One thing that I have re-installed the application software twice when I had faced the issue).

    Could you reattach your picture? It looks like it did not get attached to your post. Also could you share what device and what application software you are using?

    Hi Venu,

    Thank you for the screenshot. If you could provide the following information, it will help me diagnose your issue:

    1. Do you have J5 configured for <= 5 V or > 5 V?
    2. What is the voltage on pin VEN?
    3. What is the voltage on pin REGIN?
    3. If you scope SDA and SCL, are you able to see start and stop messages?
    4. Is bqstudio auto-detecting your bq34z100 or are you selecting it manually?
