what is the OVP threshold of TPS54335A ?
do you any recommend circuit to test it for DVT at the testing station ?
If we force the voltage on output pin to trigger the OVP by power supply without the current limited, the high-side MOS will be turn off, and the low-side MOS might be turned on. During the low-side on, the power path from this power supply will directly go through to inductor, LS Ron and gnd. the resistance of this path will include DCR and LS ron, it could be just 100m ohm. therefore, it might have the large current on this path. It might be damaged.
Is it the big risk ? Am I right ? we should force the voltage on FB, or let power supply connects a Kohms resistor to force on output.
