bq24232HA thermal pad size

Hi there,

Im looking at the bq24232HA and am struggling to find the thermal pad size for the pcb. I have looked on the datasheet but it says thermal pad size and shape on separate sheet. I also looked on document SCBA017D to find the size as it is a QFN 16 however the size is incorrect as the part I wish to find the size for is 3mm x 3mm and on this document the QFN 16 size states 4mm x 3.5mm. Is there a document or webpage with the correct thermal pad size available anywhere?

    James,

    Thank you for bringing this to my attention.  Please look at the bq24232 datasheet.  It is the same package (and mostly the same functionality) and includes all of the drawings you are looking for.

    I will work with the technical publishing team to get the bq24232HA datasheet updated.
