EV2300 - TUSB3210 damage issue- coding in inside

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: EV2400

Hi Team,

My customer is using EV2300 for charger and gauge programing, but it's found EV2300 and EV2400 is easy to damage.

It's found that it's actually TUSB3210 chip inside that's damaged.

Some questions that need your help:

1. For TUSB3210 inside EV2300/EV2400, is there any coding or register changed compared with default ?

I don't find EEPROM in sch.

2. Could EV2300 work by just changing new normal chip of TUSB3210, without programing ?

Thanks.
