Gate Driver for PCH back-to-back Switch

I have a 15A load switch (Q1) using two PCH MOSFETs back to back; the gates are driven high/low using a signal-level NCH MOSFET - this topology is shown in the attached image.

Switching the high-current switch OFF is rather slow because the PCH gates float to the rail when the NCH MOSFET is OFF. The time to OFF is set by the RC time constant of the gate resistor divider and the input capacitance of the PCH MOSFETs.

Is there a gate driver IC that can be used in place of the NCH MOSFET?
