Temperature characteristics data of Il=100mA are listed in the data sheet of LP2951-Q1.
(Page 1, Dropout Voltage vs. Temperature)
Are there the temperature characteristic data of Il=50mA?
Or, would you tell me the ratio with the figure of Il=100mA?

Hello Masami-san,

If you refer to Figure 12 in the datasheet, the dropout voltage data for 50mA is going to be approximately 80% that of the 100mA data.
